Emphasising that the fight against drugs is a shared responsibility, the Governor of Punjab, Gulab Chand Kataria, on Wednesday said that the anti-drug campaign is a collective effort of all aimed at making Punjab’s youth drug-free and restoring the state’s vibrant identity as “Rangla Punjab.”
