SENDING GOVT SCHOOL TEACHERS ABROAD FOR TRAINING SO THAT CHILDREN NOT TO GO ABROAD FOR EDUCATION: CM MANN
CM Bhagwant Singh Mann said that while previous governments shut down government schools and neglected border regions, the Punjab Government is building new modern schools, sending teachers abroad for training so that children of Punjab do not have to go abroad for education, attracting ₹1.50 lakh crore investment proposals expected to generate 5.20 lakh jobs, and expanding development to every corner of Punjab, including the decision to make Kahnuwan a Sub Division to bring all key public offices under one roof.

RPF REUNITES 157 CHILDREN WITH FAMILIES UNDER SPECIAL OPERATIONS, RETURNS LOST BELONGINGS WORTH OVER Rs 60 LAKH
The RPF of the Ferozepur Railway Division have returned the lost belongings worth over Rs 60 lakh to passengers and reunited 157 missing children with their families during the current financial year from April to February 2026.

The 33 youths initiated now come from highly affluent material and educational backgrounds. Their ranks include 13 Engineers, 11 Graduates, 3 Master’s degree holders, 1 Doctor, 1 Architect, and 4 youths with other advanced studies. Notably, these newly initiated Swamis include 4 NRI youths raised in Canada. They have renounced their promising careers and worldly comforts to embrace the great Indian cultural tradition of renunciation.
