Mr. Arora states that he wants to dissolve the matter at earliest and he has even previously offered the bank to settle the matter mutually and even suggested to sit and settle the matter amicably , so the property may not lost its original value.He further told that he has sought time to meet Prime Minister and also apprised whole of the matter to Finance Minister Mr. Arun Jaitly and even Local MP Mrs. Kiran Kher., but did not responds till date. 

On one side where the Hon’ble Prime Minister Narinder Modi is inviting the NRIs to invest in India and showing them dreams of MAKE IN INDIA. A news has come forward from Chandigarh, where by putting hand in gloves with the BJP politicians and Chandigarh Administration, the NRI has been looted and cheated by the nationalized banks of india i.e. Punjab National Bank, State Bank Of India Now Arcil, United Bank Of India. Mr. H.S Arora, Chairman of M/S James Hotel Ltd (A Five Star Hotel In Sector 17, Chandigarh),  which is a public limited company having more than 3000 share holders, has shared his experience in india, through media, in a press conference on Saturday.He shared with media that, how on 26.08.2016, under the garb of District Magistrate Orders, The Banks with the help of BJP Leaders Including Amit Rana, Bhartiya Yuva Morcha State President, Gaurav Goyal, Additional Advocate General, Haryana and other BJP LeadersVandalized their property. Further, H.S. Arora also shared the CCTV Footage as well as the photographs of the scene, wherein it is found that how these goons and leaders were controlling the process of taking possession of the property, drinking beers, eating and stealing eatables from the fridges and mini bars. Is also come out in cctv footage that the belongings of the guests were also stolen by the officials of the Bank.Mr. H.S. Arora also shares that NRIs like him will never ever dare to return back to this country for investments, If Indian Government and administration keep on treating them like a second class citizen of India.  He demanded enquiry of whole of the episode  from a sitting judge .

Mr H. S Arora the owner of hotel also shared during the press conference that we would like the government to give a justified decision explaining as to what was the hurry or who was presurizing The District Magistrate, Chandigarh, To take the physical possession of the running hotel and why District Magistrate, Chandigarh bypassed other similar pending matters before him and played a pick and choose policy with him. He clearly indicated that it is the BJP Leaders who are behind his property and nris being a soft target has been targeted by the authorities. On 26.08.2016,  The Possession was tried to be taken ruthlessly by the bank officials and the police. instead of the orders of Labour Commissioner Chandigarh, stating therein that prior notice has not been issued to the innocent workers/employees.

The District Magistrate, Chandigarh, have some personal interest in the property due to which he rush to take the possession of the property, despite the fact that the matter was still pending before the competent court of law. That on 26.08.2016 while taking the possession of the property, the staff & costumers were manhandled, pushed, thrashed and harassed by mr amit rana & gaurav goyal & other govt officials as well as the hired goons. the d.m. never even considered that 250 employees are working there, They have their families dependent on them and his harsh decision, will effect hundreds of workers and thousands of shareholders of the company.  Mr Arora Says That he is an NRI and the Govt Of India, specifically  the Prime Minister Mr Narinder Modi strated the scheme MAKE IN INDIA but there is no means of this word in India for the NRIs, The guest stayed in the hotel including the foreigner guests goes back with the bad impression received from the conduct of Chandigarh Administration.

Mr Arora says that he only have faith in judiciary and will for sure strike the door of judiciary for their mental harassment, financial loss and the defamation  suffered by him and his guests. He remain the good tax payer of Chandigarh for years and is an NRI investor , He Further States that there is no fear of law and order for the higher authorities/politicians in the country and government officers are “Pupets in the hand of Politicians”.
