EDUCATION MAKES THE SOCIETY A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE SAYS ACTRESS SONIA MANN

With ‘Smile’ (support me I love education) citizens of Bathinda took a step forward for education

There is no future without education and to provide elementary education, to improve the nutritional health status of underprivileged children and to lay a foundation for overall development of a child the business entities and citizen of city of lakes Bathinda has come forward to support a noble cause ‘SMILE’. To be the part of such a great initiative and to support it, South Indian and Pollywood actress Sonia Mann, who has successfully touched the hearts of many with her work, launched the App SMILE (support me I love education).

  

A community development program SMILE has started its membership campaign under community development programme named Sanjha Uddam to support this noble cause. This is a collective initiative taken by business entities and citizen of Bathinda district. This program will provide common stage for all supporters to play a positive role and every individual will contribute a little amount for the welfare of kids. This will also help to arrange common kitchens and bio-toilets for the children living in unhygienic conditions.

Talking about it the talented and beautiful actress Sonia Mann said, “I feel that everyone, whether an actor or any other professional should think about social welfare and development of others. Everybody should work hard to make life of others worth living. I have taken an initiative on my end and a small effort for the well being of the children.  I always believe to stand by the welfare of the people and I am blessed to be the part of this wonderful campaign. I believe in thought that education makes the society a better place to live, so we should make life of every child better and help them to fulfill their dreams with ‘SMILE’ ”. SMILE which started with two children is now blessed with 300 children and are providing them the elementary education. To reduce mortality, malnutrition and school dropout and to convince parents for their child’s health and other basic nutritional needs. SMILE is giving a platform to contribute for the welfare of the children. Singer Kanwar Grewal and Mehtab Virk were also present to support this noble cause and gave views about SMILE NGO.
