Everyday newspapers carry stories of Mobile phone snatching and lost cases. Till now, nothing has been resolved. There are one in thousands of people returning the mobiles. One such incident occured the olther day. The other day my father-in-law returned from Delhi, after attending a week-long Sansang, by Kalka Shatabdi Express. When he lifted his hand bag, after reaching Chandigarh, the Mobile phone fell out without his knowledge. When he returned home in Gillco Heights, Mohali, he immediately thought of thanking his friend in Delhi. When he searched his hand bag, he couldn't find it. He took it for granted that the phone was lost. I hit upon an idea of ringing up his mobile.
When I rang up my father-in-law's mobile, someone answered the call. I was surprised and asked him for the details. He said, his name was Santosh (Kalka Shatabdi Coach 2 attendent ). My father-in-law's phone was with him. Santosh said, the Shatabdi Express was stationed at Kalka station. It will be coming to Chandigarh at6.15 pm. The mobile could be collected from him. My father-in-law went to the railway station and got the mobile from him.It is a unique incident which can happen once in lifetime. (As told by Mr. Arun Sharma)
