FIRST INTER MEDIA GOLF CHALLENGE: SHALINI AND MUKESH PUTTING COMPETITION IN LADIES AND GENTS CATEGORIES

Shalini Gupta of Hindustan Times, while Mukesh Kumar of Divya Himachal won the putting competetition in ladies and gents' categories, respectively, in the first edition of the Inter-Media Golf Challenge hosted by Chandigarh Golf Association in association with Castle Sports and Chandigarh Press Club at CGA Ranges, Chandigarh, on Sunday. Vikrant Parmar of The Tribune was second in the gents' putting event. Thirty journalists from various media organisations competed in the three skill testing events -- Putting, closest to pin and longest drive. 

 In the closet to pin, Monica Sharma of Hindustan Times came first in the ladies' category, while Jaswant Rana of Danik Tribune came first in the gents' category and KS Rana of Punjab Kesari was placed second.
In the longest drive event, Geetu Vaid of The Tribune was first, while Kamleshsar Singh of Indian Express was first in the gents' category. Ramesh Sharma of UNI was second in the event.
