PARDYUMAN MURDER CASE TAKES NEW TURN AS CBI ARRESTS RIYAN SCHOOL STUDENT, REJECTED GURUGRAM POLICE THEORY

Gururugram’s Ryan International School student 7 year old Pardyuman Thakur murder case took new turn on Wednesday as CBI ultimately arrested student of same school. The incident jolted the nation and big question was raised on the safety in schools. Pradyuman, who was found near a school toilet with his throat slit on September 8.

 CBI sources said 16 year old student studying in same school in Ten Plus one. CBI totally rejected the Guruguram Police theory that the conducter Ashok Kumar had killed the child. Even the police had recovered the knife from accused and even told before media that he had killed the student.

CBI sources said the killer student purchase the knife one day ago to committ murder to get postponment of exams and Parent Teacher Meating  (PTM) as he was week in study.

Before arrest the CBI reviews cctv camera footage and qauestions at least four to five times. Student admitted that he murdered the Pardyuman. His identity is not being disclosed as he was juvenile. He is being produced before the Juvenile court. 

The CBI had took the case on September and re examined CCTV footage and scientific evidence and cracked the case on Tuesday late evening and taken the custody of the student. 

CBI spokesman said, CBI took over the investigation on the request of the Haryana Government and further Notification from Govt. of India and registered a case on 22.09.2017. After thorough investigation based on scientific evidence including inspection of scene of crime, forensic analysis, analysis of CCTV footage, analysis of various call records and questioning of several persons, CBI apprehended the said student.The apprehended student will be produced today before the Juvenile Justice Board, Gurugram (Haryana).
