RYAN'S PARDUYMAN MURDER CASE: WHY RAO NARBIR SINGH COME FORWARD FOR CLEARIFICATION

November 15, 2017 07:22 PM

Chandigarh (Face2News)

The Haryana Public Works (Buildings and Roads) Minister, Rao Narbir Singh, has said that the state government recommends CBI probe only after getting initial investigation done by the state police at its own level, and the same was done in Pradyuman’s case.

Interacting with mediapersons here today, he said along with the Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal, he had visited Pradyuman’s parents to express his condolences. Following the demand made by Pradyuman’s family, it was recommended to get the case investigated by the CBI. It depends on the CBI which matter it decides to give priority, he added.

Rao Narbir Singh said he had also attended Pradyuman’s funeral. “I do not know ,  the student of class ten plus one arrested in this case. It seems the opposition is deliberately politicising the issue”, he added.

The minister said his intention was clear and that he had no involvement in this case. He asked opposition leaders how any investigation could be assigned to CBI soon after an incident occurred. It could be done only after the Haryana Police had investigated the matter, he added.

It may be recalled that the  father of deceassed Parduyman alleges that the above said minister insisted him to not to pressurise demand of CBI Enquiry as the agency has lengthy procesor.

It may not of place to mention here that Punjab and Haryana Highcourt will hear the interim bail of Riyan family on November 17.
