Haryana Directorate of School Education has decided to make Sugam Sampark Portal as simple and accessible as its name speaks so that grievances related to transfers of teachers made under Teacher Transfer Policy could be dealt with promptly.

While stating this here today, Additional Chief Secretary, School Education Department, Dr. K.K. Khandelwal said that after having coming into effect the Teacher Transfer Policy, the transfers were being carried out through IT system. Yet, many unforeseen grievances are being recorded on the Portal by the teachers and they were also personally visiting the Directorate and various authorities. He said that the examination of genuineness of a grievance was a very tough job as it requires investigation of electronic record and seeing the feasibility of grievances in the environment of the Teacher Transfer Policy.

He said that the proposals once investigated and prepared from the IT Cell were getting stuck up in the avoidable administrative routine of putting up the file right from a clerk up to then Assistant, Superintendent, Assistant Director, Deputy Director, Joint Director, Additional Director, Director and Additional Chief Secretary, School Education. This consumes a lot of precious time of the Directorate and the teacher keeps on waiting for redressal of their grievances.

Therefore, it has been decided to create a Transfer Cell comprising Additional Director, Superintendent and a programmer of IT Cell related with transfer matters. This Transfer Cell would put up proposal to the Director or Additional Chief Secretary, School Education in quickest possible manner, he added.
