Haryana Director General of Police, Mr B.S. Sandhu today wished the officers and officials of the Police Department a happy and prosperous new year 2018 and exhorted them to discharge their duties with utmost dedication and commitment keeping in view the safety and security of the people of the State.

Mr Sandhu said that they should also ensure that no injustice is done with the elderly people, women and children. He said that the officers and officials of the department at district level should maintain proper coordination with the people and also motivate them to assist the police in case they witness or having any information about crime. Besides, they should be assured that the police is always ready for their safety and security. By doing so, we could further improve the image of the police and also set new dimensions, he added.
