FARIDABAD POLICE ARRESTED SEVEN PERSONS WITH ILLEGAL ARMS FROM DIFFERENT LOCATION OF FARIDABAD

A team of Crime Branch, Faridabad, during patrolling, has arrested seven people with illegal arms from different locations in the town. Five country made pistols, six live cartridges and three motorcycles were recovered from their possession. 

While stating this here today, a spokesman of Haryana Police Department said that arrested accused have been identified as Vipin, Ravinder alias Bholu, Jawahar Singh and Sagar, all from Faridabad, Amit from Palwal, Gulshan and Harish both from Chayansan. 

Keeping in view the recent hike in the incidents of snatching and loot in town, Incharge Crime Branch, Sector-30, Mr Sandeep Mor had instructed his team to enhance patrolling as well as to check suspected persons. As a result of the efforts, the police teams had nabbed seven accused with illegal arms.

During interrogation, it was revealed that all the accused were involved in seven incidents of crime in Chayansan area including loot, snatching, kidnapping and attempt to murder. The accused would be taken into remand to inquire about other incidents, he added.
