SANJAY TONDON DISCUSSED VARIOUS ISSUES WITH MENAKA GANDHI

Maneka Gandhi suggested delegation that Party Activists should plant atleast 7 trees to make city more clean and grean.Not only plant the trees is enough, we must look after those plants till they grow up.

A delegation of BJP Chandigarh under the leadership of Sanjay Tandon, State President BJP Chandigarh today met with Union Minister for Women & Child Development Government of India Menaka Gandhi at UT Guest House Chandigarh and discussed various issues related to Chandigarh.

Dinesh Kumar Organisational Secretary, Chander Shekhar General Secretary, Social Welfare Chairman Santosh Sharma, Senior Deputy Mayor Gurpreet Singh Dhillon, Deputy Mayor Vinod Aggarwal, Former Mayor and Councillor Arun Sood, Councillor Sunita Dhawan, Ravinder Pathania Convener Media Department and Deepak Malhotra Convener Information and Technology BJP Chandigarh were also in delegation.

Sanjay Tandon Sanjay Tandon apprised Maneka Gandhi about the issues related to the problems of women and children in the city. Delegation and Union Minister discussed the Environment issues of Chandigarh also. She talked about the beauty of the city and said to plant more and more in the city.

She suggested delegation that Party Activists should plant atleast 7 trees to make city more clean and grean.Not only plant the trees is enough, we must look after those plants till they grow up.

On this suggestion, Sanjay Tandon said that this campaign is already being run by the Bharatiya Janata Party Chandigarh at the booth level in the rainy season every year. He said that if the plant associated with the soil of Chandigarh such as neem, mango, symbal, tesu, tamarind, cassia, javanika, amalatas, litchi, aadu, waistcoat etc. plants are planted, then this plant along with the fruit in the coming time Will prove to be a milestone in keeping the environment balanced.
