JUGNOO UNDERTAKES CLEANLINESS AWARENESS DRIVE ON WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY

Speaking on the occasion, Samar Singla, Founder and CEO Jugnoo said, “Jugnoo employees have initiated this step to bring some positive environmental changes in the city. Just as it is the responsibility of the Municipal Corporation, it is also the duty of the public to cooperate to relentlessly maintain the cleanliness of the city. This is our message that needs to be driven both to the citizens and the tourists visiting Chandigarh.

World Environment Day 2018 on Tuesday marks another reminder to humanity to safeguard the environment and protect and preserve the planet for future generations. Jugnoo, India’s leading on-demand player and auto-rickshaw aggregator, is celebrating the World Environment Day to promote the message of cleanliness. Jugnoo is running cleanliness Awareness drive on 5th June at Sukhna Lake.

 
 
The campaign is aimed at creating awareness among the tourists and visitors to take care of cleanliness and avoid littering dirt in the scenic places. Jugnoo Team, comprising of its staff and a few volunteers, equipped with collection bags, tongs and face masks, would collect all the strewn garbage of the non-biodegradable kind from these areas.
