TWO ASSISTANT SUB INSPECTORS DIES DUE TO DENSE FOG, CM CAPTAIN AMRINDER SINGH CONDOLES

Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh on Friday expressed profound grief over the tragic death of two Punjab Police Assistant Sub Inspectors in a road mishap near Handyaya in Barnala due to dense fog.

In a condolence message, the Chief Minister expressed his heartfelt sympathies to the families of the deceased policemen. The ASIs, Gurmit Singh and Malkit Singh, were on way to Patiala for duty, along with two other colleagues, when the mishap occurred.

The Chief Minister prayed to the Almighty to give peace to the departed souls and courage to family to bear this tragic loss. He also wished speedy recovery to the injured ASIs namely Sadhu Singh and Rashpal Singh.
