ECI APPOINTS BHUPINDER SINGH AND HUSSAN LAL AS OBSERVERS FOR MAHARASHTRA AND TAMILNADU

Election Commission of India on Monday appointed Bhupinder Singh-II, IAS as General observer in Maharashtra. Disclosing this here today Chief Electoral Officer, Punjab Dr. S. Karuna Raju said that Bhupinder Singh II, IAS (Punjab 2012) has been appointed as General Observer in Maharashtra, Assembly Segments (AS) 22-Buldhana, AS-23 Chikhli, AS 24-Sindh Khed Raja, AS 25-Mekhar, AS 26-KhamGaon and AS 27-Jalgaon falling in Parliamentary constituency 5-Buldhana.  Hussan Lal, IAS (Punjab 1995) has been appointed as General Observer in Tamil Nadu, Assembly Segments (AS) 107-Bhavanisagar, AS 108-Udhagamandalam, AS 109-Gudalur, AS 110-Coonoorr, AS 111-Matupalam and AS 112-Avanashi (SC) falling in parliamentary Constituency 19-Nilgiri.

GIVES APPROVAL TO FILL POST OF SUPERINTENDENT GRADE-I

The Election Commission of India on Monday gave its approval to fill the post of Superintendent Grade-I in the office of Divisional commissioner's office. Chief Electoral Officer, Punjab Dr. S. Karuna Raju stated that ECI had  accord  this approval in response to the request made to the Commission  by the concerned department.
