FAKE UAE EMPLOYMENT VISA, TWO SYNDICATE OF AGENTS ARRESTED IN 17 CASES

A team of police officials from Police Station IGI Airport from IGI Airport unitled by Inspector Krishan Kumar, SHO/PS IGI Airport comprising of SI Sandeep Malik, Ct Pardeep under the close supervision of Shri Ramesh Chand, ACP IGI Airport, andoverall supervision & guidance of the undersigned arrestedaccused Javed Ali R/o Distt. Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh and Manoj Kumar Sharma r/o Maujpur, Delhi-  Age 46 Yrs and solved 17 cases of fake Visa of UAE.  

Mr. Sanjay Bhatia,  DCP, IGI Airport, said, in the year of 2017 total 17 FIRs were registered onthe  complaints filed by Immigrationofficials wherein it is alleged that on 08/04/2017, total 17 passengers weredeported from Dubai Airport (UAE) as all were found using fake UAE employmentVisa. Immigration officials got verified the alleged 17 employment Visa fromUAE Embassy in India. As per the verification report received from UAE Embassyin India all the 17 Visa were found Not Genuine. 

During course of investigation allpassengers were interrogated and they all disclosed that alleged 17 Visa wereprovided to them by one agent Javed Ali R/o  Distt. Kushinagar, Uttar Pradesh for aconsideration amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- from each of the 17 passengers. It isfurther told that accused Javed Ali was advertising for easy UAE employmentVisa through Public Address System in local city Kaptanganj, Uttar Pradesh and induced the public at large. Search of agent Javed Ali was made at his addressbut he was continuously evading the arrest since registration of cases in year2017.

On 17/04/2019 a team comprising SI Sandeep Malik and Ct Pardeep was sentto Village Babhnauli for search of accused agent Javed Ali. Duringinvestigation accused Javed Ali was apprehended from his Village andsubsequently arrested. During interrogation accused Javed disclosed hisinvolvement in total 17 cases registered at PS IGI Airport. Accused Javed Alifurther disclosed that in connivance of his two accomplices named Prince Yadavand Manoj Kumar Sharma he provided fake Visa to 17 persons, all residents ofhis neighbourhood villages.

During the course of the investigation bank accountdetails were obtained and eventually accused Manoj Kumar Sharma has also beenarrested. Investigation of the case is in progress and search of co accused PrinceYadav is being made. Investigation revealed accused Prince was the one whoprepared/printed the fake Visa in these cases. The syndicate was charging Rs.1,00,000/- approximately for each visa.
