MOHALI DISTT. ADMINISTRATION MADE ELABORATE ARRANGEMENTS FOR PROGRESSIVE PUNJAB INVESTORS SUMMIT

District administration has made elaborate arrangements for the Progressive Punjab Investors Summit-2019, to be held on December 5 and 6 at Indian School of Business, sector-81.

Disclosing this here today, Deputy Commissioner Mr. Girish Dayalan said that district administration has deputed SDM Mohali Mr. Jagdeep Saigal for the arrangements of the Summit. He said that state government has deputed 82 PCS level officers for liaison with the dignitaries. "Entrepreneurs from various foreign countries are attending the summit, who will share their experiences during various sessions", he added.

 The Deputy Commissioner said that beautification process of city roads leading towards International airport and state capital have been given new look. He said that all the road have decked up for the upcoming summit.

Mr. Dayalan informed that this time, online registration facility has been provided to attend the summit. Anybody desirous can access to www.progressivepunjab.com. In addition, information for the summit can also be obtained from Digital app named 'Progressive Punjab'. He said that all the information related to various sessions of the summit will be available on this app.

Meanwhile, SDM Mohali Mr. Jagdeep Saigal and DSP Manjit Singh today reviewed the arrangements and issued necessary instructions on the spot. He said that preparations are on final stage and parking and other facilities are being ensured. 

 

1000 POLICE PERSONNEL FOR SECURITY

Divulging about the security arrangements, Superintendent Police (City-1) Mr. Harvinder Singh Virk today said that five officers of SP rank and 20 officers of DSP rank are deputed for security duty. Under these officers, 40 inspectors and 200 sub-inspectors and around 1,000 police personnel would remain on duty round the clock.
