RS 8.79 LAKH FINE IMPOSED FOR VIOLATIONS

Under the Mission Fateh launched by the Punjab government to curb the spread of Corona epidemic, it has been made mandatory to wear a mask  to defeat Covid and at the same time fine has been fixed for spitting in public places to prevent the spread of Corona outbreak.

225 people were fined Rs 28,000 for spitting in public places. He appealed to the general public to abide by the government's orders regarding corona. These orders should not only be obeyed out of fear of fines but everyone should consider obedience to these orders as their personal responsibility and make their important contribution in preventing the spread of Corona.

Disclosing this here today District Police Chief Mr. Harjit Singh said that District Police Fazilka was following the orders of the state government and issuing challans to the violators. He said that from May 21 to June 4, a total of 3213 persons have been challaned for not wearing masks and a fine of Rs. 8,79,900 lakh has been imposed.

Similarly, 225 people were fined Rs 28,000 for spitting in public places. He appealed to the general public to abide by the government's orders regarding corona. These orders should not only be obeyed out of fear of fines but everyone should consider obedience to these orders as their personal responsibility and make their important contribution in preventing the spread of Corona. He said that it was our duty not to go out of the house without any purpose, to go out of the house only after work and to take special care of wearing masks and social distances while going out.
