Punjab Unaided Technical Institutions Association (PUTIA), honored Dr. Rajneesh Arora, VC, PTU during the closing ceremony of “Technical Education and Skill Development Summit” at ISB, Mohali. That honor was given by Madan Mohan Mittal, Minister, Technical Education, Punjab and Dr. J.S Dhaliwal, President, PUTIA along with other members of PUTIA. The other renowned educationist  present on the occasion were sh.Gurvinder singh Rayat and Bahra, Satnam Singh and Rachpal Dhaliwal, CGC Group; Mr Manjeet Singh, Doaba Group Dr. Anshu Kataria, Convener, PUTIA and Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges; Dr. Zora Singh, Desh Bhagat university etc.  While addressing the gathering sh Madan Mohan Mittal said that this is the first time when all private universities and colleges have worked together for the success of event. He also said this event would be made permanent features and would be conducted every year. Earlier to that knowledge sharing Session was conducted where in renowned personalities including Dr. S. K Salwan, Eminent Scientist, Prof. Arun Kumar Grover, VC, PU, Chandigarh,Sh. Deepak Lakhra,Sh. D.N Kumara Guru, Director External Relations ISB Mohali , Sh. A.R. Talwar Principal Secretary,Technical Education Punjab,Dr. S S Gill, VC, Baba Farid University of health Sciences, Faridkot, Dr.  Madhu Chitkara ,VC, Chitkara University. Sh.  Ashok Garg(SVIET),  Manmohan Garg ,(Gurukul Vidyapeeth) ,Dr. J.S. Bedi ( Gyan Jyoti Group); Sh. Sukhdev Singla (Indo Global); Mr Manav Dhawan(Punjab Group, lalru); Dr Gopal Munjal (SWIFT Group); Sh. R.K Goyal (Asra Group); Sh. S.K Punj (Sri Sai Group); Sh. Tejinderpal Sandhu (Jasdev Singh Sandhu College)  and many more dignitaries from education sector of Punjab were also present. It event was attended by over 600 academicians from various Technical institutions from all over the state, government representatives & industry.
