Smt. Javitri Devi, mother of Davinder Paul, incharge of Dainik Rashtriya Chhavi newspaper in Abohar and wife of late Sh. Shri Ram, has left for her heavenly abode. She was about 82 years old. Her last rites were performed in a very sad atmosphere at the Ganga Ghat in Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh. A large number of people bid farewell to revered Javitri Devi ji with tears in their eyes.
On her demise, the Abohar Journalists Association, Lekhak Parishad and other non-government-organisations have expressed deep sorrow and prayed to God for the peace of the departed soul.
