In a major breakthrough, PO & Summon staff of Chandigarh Police under the directions of SSP U.T. Chandigarh in the supervision of Sh. Vijay Singh, Dy. SP DCC, and the team headed by Sh. Sher Singh, Inspector/ Incharge PO & Summon staff, is able to arrest 8 proclaimed offenders/absconders from different places.
In the state case PO namely Amanpreet Singh S/o Harmeet Singh R/o Vill Bassi Gurjan, PS Chamkur Sahib, Ropar PB have been arrested in case FIR No. 219 dt.2019 u/s379 IPC, PS-03, Chandigarh. He was declared PO by the Hon’ble Court of Sh. Parmod Kumar, JMIC, Chandigarh,. He was arrested and produced the same and sent to judicial custody.
The state case PO namely Maksood Ansari S/o Salim Ansari R/o Naubaasta Laukaki Kaiserganj Dist Behraich UP have been arrested in case FIR No. 129 dt.2019 u/s68-1(B),510 IPC, PS-11, Chandigarh. He was declared PO by the Hon’ble Court of Sh. Sumit Khalon, JMIC, Chandigarh. He was arrested and produced the same.
The state case PO namely Santosh W/o Gurdev Singh R/o 2787 bhaskar Colony Chandigarh have been arrested in case FIR No. 153 dt.2017 u/s 379,411 IPC, PS-19, Chandigarh. He was declared PO by the Hon’ble Court of Sh. Sanjay, JMIC, Chandigarh. He was arrested and produced in the Hon’ble court of Sh Ajay, JMIC, Chandigarh and sent to judicial custody.
One PO namely Himashi Chopra D/o Virender Kumar R/o Vill Bhungrni Ponta Sahib HP has been arrested in case registered U/s 138 NI Act (NACT/0924/2024). The accused was declared PO by the Hon’ble Court of Ms Ramandeep Kaur, JMIC, Chandigarh and produced the same. One PO namely Parvin Kumar S/o Rulda Ram R/o H. No.255 Pipli Wala Town Mani Majra Chandigarh has been arrested in case registered U/s 138 NI Act (NACT/6402/2022). The accused was declared PO by the Hon’ble Court of Ms Ramandeep Kaur, JMIC, Chandigarh vide order dated 22.11.2023 and produced the same.
The state case PO namely Baljit Singh S/o Parkash Singh R/oGali No 7 near Gurudwara Jhujjar Nagar Mohali PB have been arrested in case FIR No. 67 dt.2020 u/s 61-1-14 Excise Act , PS-Maloya, Chandigarh. He was declared PO by the Hon’ble Court of Sh. Ajay, JMIC, Chandigarh. He was arrested and produced the same.
One PO namely Sanjiv Kumar S/o Daya Ram R/o H. No.92 Khuda Lahora Chandigarh has been arrested in case registered U/s 138 NI Act (NACT/7065/2023). The accused was declared PO by the Hon’ble Court of Ms Riffi Bhatti, JMIC, Chandigarh vide order dated 22.11.2023 and produced the same.
