14 years ago, the Land Mafia in connivance with the local police officers encroached upon the two multi crore kothis’ of 70 years old France based NRI Joginder Kaur Sandhu. These kothis’ were situated on Pakhowal Road. Joginder Kaur raised her voice against the encroachment after returning to India.

Joginder Kaur however fought her battle against the injustice and finally got her two kothis’ released from clutches from the Land Mafia who in connivance with the police had encroached upon the two houses. She also finally managed to get rid of all the wrong, baseless, untrue and wrong cases registered by the police.
Sandhu had lodged cases of mental harassment and Rs 50 lakh defamation case and economic loss against DGP Punjab, Commissioner of Police Ludhiana, Financer Jaswinder Jassi and her cousin Vikramjeet Singh, Pinki, Jassi. Now it is for sure that the policemen involved in filing wrong cases and harassment to Sandhu would surely face the music.
“Now Punjab Police is pressurizing me as court is now tightening noose around these dishonest policemen who are preparing fresh grounds to harass me by registering more false cases,” Sandhu said.
She said that the previous complaints lodged by her to Punjab CM Captain Amarinder Singh and Commissioner of police-Ludhiana also fell upon deaf ears and now these policemen along with the Land Mafia are trying to eliminate me.
The Land Mafia also tried to kidnap me from Pakhowal Road in March 2018. Sandhu said that she also many instances where these people tried to kill her between 2006 to 2018. Also the issue of providing security to Sandhu could not bear fruits and the security was only limited to the paper work only. Police have also not arrested any of the accused involved in kidnapping or trying to eliminate Sandhu. She said that the Punjab Police is now trying to snatch her NRI and Fundamental Rights.
Showing a letter of the ADGP Crime is not allowing any of her complaint to be heard and is saying that he himself would look into the complaint. Sandhu allege that the ADGP Crime is helping the Land Mafia due to which she is unable to get justice.
Sandhu said that if she failed to get justice till 13.12.2018 from the Punjab Police then she would be forced to sit on dharna outside the office of Punjab DGP.
