MOHALI POLICE BOOKED PUNJABI SINGER SIPPY GILL AND OTHERS ON ASSAULTING OLD FRIEND

Mohali' Mataur Police reported to have booked Punjabi singer Sippy Gill and others on assaulting his friend in the Homeland Society. The police are examining the CCTV cameras in the case. Kamaljit Singh Shergill has filed a case against Sippy Gill. Shergill alleged that Sippy Gill and his companions surrounded and assaulted him  on the way and threatened to kill me.  On the complaint singer and others were booked under Section 323, 341, 148 of IPC and Arms Act. This case was  registered against some unknown people besides Sippy Gill, his two partners Honey Khan and Sunny Sekhon.

Sippy Gill and the complainant Kamal Shergill have  old acquaintances. Some time ago there was a quarrel between the two regarding some issues. Since then, there has been a mutual rivalry between the two. The victim says that he escaped with great difficulty.

Official information has not been given by the police in this case yet. The victim told the police in the complaint that the accused hit him on the head with something. Due to which he fell due to dizziness. When his friend Tanishq came to save him, the accused assaulted him too and threatened to kill him by pulling a pistol.

The victim Kamaljit said that during the fight, Sippy Gill told his friend Sunny to shoot him. When he started firing, for some reason, the bullet did not fire. Due to this, his life was saved. The accused had attacked with the intention to kill. The victim said that after this incident of assault, all the accused went to their car. His security personnel in police uniform were sitting in that car.

A policeman was also sitting on the driver's seat. Police is investigating.
