Then one day Ratan Lal Saini called his grandson, Prakash Saini's son Sudam Saini, from phone number 97796 50129 and asked him to take him away from here because Kuldeep and his family are harassing him, abusing him and beating him. In a property dispute, the younger son had kept his 90-year-old father as hostage, but the chandigarh Police proved slogans, we care and handed over the custody of most senior citizen to elder son, on his demand to DGP UT Police.
Mr. Prakash Sain, the elder son had written a letter to the DGP, saying that his father's life was in danger. After meeting the father, the victim's side thanked the DGP and the entire police for setting examplary.
In this regard, Prakash Saini, resident of Sector 32, had accused his brother of torturing his father and had sought custody of his father from the Chandigarh Police Chief. Taking action on this, the police called the elderly man to Sector 34 police station and inquired about the whole matter and condition from him. When the elderly man expressed his wish to go to his second son's house, the police fulfilled his wish. After meeting his father, the complainant expressed his happiness and thanked the Chandigarh Police wholeheartedly.
