A Case FIR No. 09 U/S 420,467,468,471,120/B & 24 Immigration Act has been registered in Police Station Sector 17 Chandigarh on the complainant of one lady R/o # B4-303 Maya garden City Zirakpur Punjab and others against Gurwinder Singh Director of Planet overseas, SCO No. 1130 Sector 22/B Chandigarh and others they cheated with the complainants of Rs. 48,59,000/- regarding work visa.
No arrest has been made so far. Investigation of this case is in progress.
