The General Secretary of the All India Congress Committee, former Union Minister, and Member of Parliament from Sirsa Kumari Selja has said that the central government should learn from the way the US government deported 104 Indians. If the youth seeking jobs abroad were provided employment opportunities in the country, the current situation would not have arisen.

Prime Minister Modi, who praises Donald Trump, has been shown a mirror by Trump. To maintain India's diplomatic credibility, the government must act decisively. If the government can provide employment opportunities for Indian workers in Israel, why can't they do the same in other countries?

In a statement released to the media, Kumari Selja said that the US plane carrying 104 people that landed at Amritsar Airport included 33 citizens from Haryana. Most of these people had sold or mortgaged their land and homes to go abroad in search of employment.

Currently, there are two lakh vacant positions in Haryana. If the youth were given employment within the country, they wouldn't need to go abroad in search of work. If the government can provide opportunities for thousands of youths to find jobs in Israel, why can't they do the same in other states? Kumari Selja also made an appeal to those who dream of working abroad, advising them that if they want to go to the US or any other country, they should do so legally with the proper documentation, so they never have to face such a situation.

The US government is now preparing to send hundreds more people back to India. The government should clarify its position on this issue and prepare a diplomatic strategy to talk to US officials and ensure that the deported individuals are treated with respect. Kumari Selja said that the need for immediate intervention to eliminate the human trafficking network, provide financial and social reintegration assistance to the deported individuals, and establish a transparent migration framework to prevent such difficulties for Indians in the future. The government must act decisively to protect the interests of thousands of affected individuals and maintain India's diplomatic credibility.

Kumari Selja said that the government should seriously take steps to provide employment within the country. If the government had made appointments to vacant posts, millions would have found employment.
