A Veterans Outreach Rally was organised under the aegis of Battle Axe Division at Udaipur. More than 2000 Veterans & Veer Naris from Udaipur, Banswara, Sirohi, Dungarpur, Pratapgarh and Salumber districts were present.
The attendees were made aware of the latest initiatives of the Central Government being conducted through Army Welfare Placement Organisation, Directorate of Indian Army Veterans and Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare. The grievances related to Pensions & SPARSH were also redressed through representatives from Record Offices and Zila Sainik Board.
The auspicious occasion was graced by Brigadier Vishal Nayyar, Station Commander who assured the gathering about the resolve of the Indian Army to take care of the well-being of our Veterans. A medical camp was also established as part of the rally that provided medical assistance to the veterans.
