EIGHT INDIAN COACHES TAKING PART IN PTR INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM

More than 45 industry experts are conducting classroom and on court presentations at the PTR Internation Symposium being held at the Sonestra Resort here in South Carolina. The prominent speakers include heavy hitters Leo Alonso, Mike Barrell, Emma Doyle, Frank Giampaolo, Edgar Giffenig, Dr. Ben Kibler, Dr. Mark Kovacs, Chris Lewit, Dr. Jim Loehr, Carl Maes, Craig O’Shannessy, Joao Pinho, Oivind Sorvald, Judy Muray and Sarah Stone. Topics range from tennis business and sport science to teaching tactics and techniques.

LION SERVICES INTER-MEDIA ATHLETICS MEET:HANDA, DAVI, HARPREET KAUR AND SUNITA SURA ADJUDGED ‘BEST ATHLETE’

Davi Davinder Kaur of Punjabi Tribune and Ramesh Handa of Punjab Kesari were adjudged the ‘best athlete’ in the women and men’s category (+45years), respectively, in the Lion Services Inter-Media Athletics Meet held at Sector 7 Sports Complex on Sunday. The meet was organised by Chandigarh Press Club in association with Lion Services Ltd.Davi Davinder Kaur clinched gold medal in 3km walk, long jump and shot put, while Ramesh Handa won top honours in long jump, high jump and 100m sprint.
