6TH PANCHKULA DISTRICT SHASTRANG CHAMPIONSHIP BEGINS WITH GREAT ENTHUSIASM

The 6th Panchkula District Shastrang Championship was successfully organized by Shastrang, Panchkula on 22nd and 23rd August 2026 at Shastrang, SCO-193, 2nd Floor, Sector-16, Panchkula.

Around 100 young participants from various schools of Panchkula enthusiastically participated in the championship across the U-7, U-10, U-14, U-17, U-19, U-22 and A-22 categories for both Boys and Girls.

On this occasion, Grandmaster Bikram Singh Thapa addressed all the participants to play with the spirit of sports. He congratulated all the parents and supporting schools for their enthusiastic participation and contribution towards making the championship a success.

He encouraged young participants to continue their journey in martial arts with discipline, confidence, fitness and sportsmanship.

The championship provided a competitive platform for young martial artists to demonstrate their skills, discipline, speed, strength and tactical abilities. The competitions included Target Drill, Defence Drill, Air Shield Combat, Combat Combo and Speed Combat.

The championship witnessed enthusiastic participation from students and showcased the growing popularity of Shastrang Indian Modern Martial Art among young students in Panchkula.

Results

The results of the championship are as follows: In the Target Drill (Girls), Ayra Gupta, Tvissha Bhatia, Benaisha & Pranavi Bhardwaj secured 1st position in U-10, Arshiya, Trisha Garg, Manasvi Ummat, Navya Upadhyay, Shambhavi Sood and Jennica Sharma secured 1st position in U-14, Amaira Grover & Suhani Gupta secured 1st position in U-17, Parvati & Ananya Aggarwal secured 1st position in U-19, Manisha secured 1st position in U-22, Anjali, Sushmita, Piyusha and Deepika Yadav secured 1st position in A-22 age category.

In the Target Drill (Boys), Hridyansh secured 1st position in U-7, Keyaan Jindal, Uday Pratap & Arjun Sharma secured 1st position in U-10, Ayaan Khan, Jasraj Singh, Rudra Dhiman, Vivaan Gupta & Nikhil Kumar secured 1st position in U-14, Anas Salmani & Sarthak Bhardwaj secured 1st position in U-17, Shivam Sharma & Inder Prasad secured 1st position in U-19, Karan Kumar, Kunal & Garv Khosla secured 1st position in U-22 & Akhil Kumar Yadav secured 1st position in A-22 age category.
