PARYOG FOUNDATION BEGINS ANNUAL CLOTHING DISTRIBUTION CAMPAIGN IN TRICITY

The Paryog Foundation, in collaboration with Womanii.com has started its annual cloth distribution campaign for needy people in the Tricity(Chandigarh,Mohali and Panchkula)

Launched from Mauli Jagran, on the first day of the campaign warm clothes were distributed to 180 needy individuals from Rajiv Colony and Indira Colony.

Appreciating the initiative BJP Shakti Kendra Pramukh Bhanu Pratap said that by striving to meet the needs of the last person standing in the queue, Prayog Foundation and Womani have truly demonstrated humanity. Womanii founders Kanchan Gupta and Lovleen Dhaliwal stated that with the support of Womanii team members Suman Bindlish, Jaspreet, Komal Maikkol and Nancy Dhaliwal, a collection drive was carried out across Chandigarh to gather winter clothes in wearable condition and other essential items.

The campaign aims to involve as many women as possible. Also household essentials and clothing were being collected from residents across Chandigarh and are being distributed to the needy through Paryog Foundation. Paryog Foundation representative Dharmendra Kumar shared that under this campaign last year and clothes were distributed to 500 people across the Tricity and the outreach will be expanded further this year. He added that similar programs will be organized across the Tricity over the next one month to reach a larger number of beneficiaries.

On this occasion several dignitaries were present, including yoga trainer Sandeep Kumar, BJP youth leader Dalip, Vijay Gupta, Devkaran, Ramjeet, Mala, Kamlesh, Anita, and others. A special t refreshment arrangements were also organized for all colony residents who participated in the program.
