was held on October 12.10.2023 at Chandigarh College of Engineering & Technology (C.C.E.T) Diploma Wing Sector 26 Chandigarh as per the SOP received from the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, New Delhi.

Sachdeva, Managing Director and CEO, Hi-tech group of Companies and Chairman, Punjab State Chapter, PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry as chief guest and Er. Amandeep Singh Bhatti, PCS, Additional Secretary cum Director Technical Education U.T. Chandigarh as a guest of Honour, Dr. Manpreet Singh Gujral, Joint Director Technical Education, Er. M. L. Rana Principal CCET Diploma Wing, Er. Arun Kumar Principal GITI, Chandigarh, Mrs. Anju Verma, State Controller of Examination, staff, other dignitaries & students.
(SUBHEAD)The event started with welcome address by Principal GITI followed by lighting of traditional lamp by the chief guest and other dignitaries accompanied by divine recitation of Saraswati Vandana. The Convocation was addressed by Chief Guest and Director Technical Education, U.T Chandigarh.
The chief guest awarded the merit certificate and mementoes to the meritorious students securing 1st, 2nd & 3rd position in their respective trades. The NTC certificates were award to around 420 students for the convocation ceremony. The Principal GITI also presented the achievements and outcomes of GITI, Chandigarh. The convocation ended with vote of thanks by Major Desh Raj Sharma and followed by the national anthem. All faculty and staff members of GITI put their best efforts in making the event a grand success.
