JOURNALISTS CELEBRATE GREAT MARTYR’S BIRTH ANNIVERSARY

The Journalists Association today celebrated the 116th birth anniversary of Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh under the leadership of president Tejinder Singh Khalsa.

Flowers were offered to the martyr’s statue. The participants resolved to uphold his high ideals. Girik Verma of New Wear Well was also present as special invitee.

TS Khalsa said that Shaheed-e-Azam is remembered today because he sacrificed his life while setting the goal of liberating the country. In the same way, all the youth should set their goals to take the country to the heights and make a sustained effort to achieve it while strengthening the democracy. Raj Sadosh and Suresh Satija said that Bhagat Singh was a true patriot by birth.

Ramesh Kathuria, Sunil Bhardwaj, Raghav Nagpal, Gaurav Nagpal, Dharminder Kumar, Jatin Dhawan, Praveen Juneja, Dharamvir Sharma etc. were present on this occasion.
