A case FIR No. 123, U/S 406,420, 120B IPC and 24 Immigration Act has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh on the complaint of Kuljit Singh Baidwan R/o VPO. Kumbra, Distt. Mohali (Pb) (age-40 years)
The complaintant lleged that Gurpreet Singh Randhawa, Virendra Singh and others Office of Blue Sapphire Consultant, SCO No. 58-59, Ground Floor, Sector. 34-A Chandigarh, taken approx Rs.21,50,000/- from to arrange work visa of abroad i.e. Cananda but they neither arrange the visa nor refund the amount to the complainant.
Investigation of the case is in progress.
