Accused Gautam S/o Nem Chand R/o # 232 Shastri Nagar mm chd Age 17 yrs & Anand @ Anna S/o Chander Bhan R/o Jhuggi / Plot no 32 Shastri Nagar MM CHD Age 17year 6 months yrs have been apprehended and stolen property has been recovered from their possession in case FIR No. 60 Dt. 04.08.2023 U/S 380,34 IPC added 411 IPC and the case was registered on the complaint of Sunil Kumar S/o Rajjak R/o Aggarwal Nursery, Shastri Nagar, Mani Majra, Chd.
On 04.08.2023, while on naka duty ASI Darshan Devi stopped one motor cycle which was without number plate, during inquiry it has been found that the said motor cycle was stolen from Bhagwanpura and the details matched with motor cycle stolen in E-FIR no. 540 dated 07.07.2023, accused Jatinder Tiwari S/o Damodar Tiwari R/o # 1173 Village Kishangarh Chd Age 21 yrs has been arrested and motor cycle taken into police possession
