UTCA DOMESTIC T20 CRICKET LEAGUE TEAM JERSEYS UNVEILED

On the eve of the UTCA Domestic T20 Cricket League being organized by the UT Cricket Association (UTCA), the jerseys of the teams participating in the tournament were unveiled on Thursday. The team jerseys were unveiled by UTCA’s President Sanjay Tandon and office bearers along with the captains of the teams during a function held at the Cricket Stadium, Sector 16.

Rose Zone’s Captain Manan Vohra, Terrace Zone’s Captain Bhagmender Lather, Sukhna Zone’s Captain Arsalan Khan, Rock Zone’s Captain Harnoor Singh Pannu, Plaza Zone’s Vice Captain Gurinder Singh and Leisure Zone’s Captain Arjun Azad were present with their team jerseys. . 

(SUBHEAD)The league will begin at 9:30 am on Friday at the Cricket Stadium, Sector 16, which will be inaugurated by Dharampal, (IAS) Advisor to the UT Administration. Sports Director Saurabh Arora will also be present on this occasion.

Before the inauguration of the tournament, the UTCA office will also be inaugurated in the stadium premises. The match will be broadcast live on the OTT platform Fancode. Along with men's seniors, under-23 cricketers are being given a chance to play in this tournament. A total of 33 matches including two semi-finals and one final will be played in this league which will last for 17 days. 

Earlier, BCCI's Anti-Corruption Unit representative Anshuman Upadhyay warned the participating players not to indulge in any unethical activities through their presentation.
