Panchkula is now the pride of Haryana. Due to progress in education, sports, tourism, and industry, the district has made a mark both nationally and even globally. This has become possible because of the progressive policies of the Haryana government. Haryana Assembly Speaker and local MLA Gyan Chand Gupta said this at The Super Class Show, where he was speaking as the special guest.
(SUBHEAD)He further said that to make Panchkula better, he has started seven initiatives namely drug-free Panchkula, plastic-free Panchkula, polythene-free Panchkula, encroachment-free Panchkula, slum-free Panchkula, and dogs and cattle free Panchkula. The aim of the initiatives is to make Panchkula the best in every way. Due to growing awareness, public participation is increasing in the seven initiatives.
Gupta added that Panchkula is being developed in such a way that it can become a role model for other cities in the country. Features like the entry gates, roundabouts, roads, and greenery of Panchkula make it grand. The famous pilgrimage site of Mata Mansa Devi temple here has been renovated. The city is being developed from the point of view of tourism. Along with Morni and Pinjore, other tourist places of the district have started getting attention. In the education sector, the National Institute of Fashion Technology has also come up in Panchkula.
The leader said that PM Narendra Modi used to stay in Chandigarh and Panchkula when he was the incharge of the northern region in the past. Working with the disciplined Prime Minister only enhanced Gupta’s understanding of getting work done promptly and connecting with the people. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Manohar Lal, the Haryana government has been doing excellent work in the field of industrial development. Now investors from India and abroad are coming to Panchkula. Many big industries have been established in Panchkula, Gurugram, Karnal, Sonepat, Panipat, and many other districts of Haryana.
