PU VICE CHANCELLOR RELEASED BOOK ENTITLED “NAVAM GURU KO NAMAN”

Prof. Renu Vig, Vice Chancellor, Panjab University released a book entitled “Navam Guru Ko Naman” written by Prof. Harmohinder Singh Bedi a renowned poet and Chancellor, Central University of Himachal Pradesh.

The book is written in Hindi possessing major vocabulary of Brij Bhasha and focused upon removing the irrelevant and false issues related with Life of Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji and representing the real life of Guru Ji.

On this occasion Prof. Renu Vig strongly expressed that the University is committed to Punjab and Punjabi Language along with the development of language and literature of modern Indian languages. Along with the teachers of Guru Nanak Sikh Studies and Department of Punjabi, Prof. Rumina Sethi, Dean of University Instructions , Prof. Y.P. Verma, Registrar and Prof. Harsh Nayyar, Director, Research and Development Cell remained present in the ceremony.
