In a major breakthrough, a team(HC Sunit Kumar, C. Sunil Kumar and C.Deepak Kumar) led by Insp.Jaspal Singh, SHO, PS-Maloya under the close supervision of Sh. Charanjit Singh Virk, SDPO-South/West, arrested a person namely Akaash S/o Bittu R/o #119, Gali no.6, Village-Jhampur, Distt.Mohali, Punjab, age-21 years on 08.07.2023 in Case FIR no.81, dt.07.07.2023, U/s380, 411 IPC, PS-Maloya, Chandigarh registered on the complaint of Ashwani kumar S/o Devinder Kumar R/o #2529, EWS Colony, Maloya, Chandigarh within 24 hour from the registration of case FIR.
During the investigation, one mobile phoneand5 Gas Cylinders has been recovered from the possession of accusedAkaash. Investigation is still going on.
