ROTARY CLUB, CHANDIGARH HOLDS BLOOD DONATION CAMP

With the start of the new Rotary Year world over, the Rotary Club of Chandigarh began the Rotary Year by organising a blood donation camp in association with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Chandigarh Chapter, at Rotary and Blood Bank Society Resource Centre, in Sector 37.

Around 30 units of blood were collected at the blood donation camp.

Rtn. Anil Chadda, a Chartered Accountant, who has taken over as the Club President for 2023-24 , expressed his gratitude to Rotarians and Vishal Puri, Chairman of the ICAI Chandigarh Chapter for participating in this noble cause. He said that blood is the only gift that a human can give to another human being to save his or her life.

President Rtn Chadda said the theme of the new Rotary Year is 'Create Hope in the World', and that every act of kindness and selfless service brings hope to the people in need.
