In a major breakthrough Police Station Sector 19, Chandigarh has got success by arresting the accused Navneet Kumar age 45 yrs S/o Sh. Raj Kumar R/o H. No. 188 Sheetal Nagar, Behlolpur Distt. Mohali PB in FIRNo. 24dt 20.05.2023 U/s 379A, 341 IPC added 411 IPC, PS 19, CHD under the supervision of Dsp East and a team personally led by SHO 19 within12hoursof incident.
This case was registered on the complaint of Master Sresth Mamgain S/o Vijay Mamgain R/o H.No 3389 Sector 27 D, CHD in which he stated that on 19.05.2023 at 5.15 PM, he was coming back from after taking the classes of Coaching from Sector 20 CHD. Thereby he reached on CTU bus stop on dividing road Sector 20/30 one motorcyclist was already standing there.(SUBHEAD)
The said M/Cyclist obstruct him and he forcibly took his mobile make Redmi Note- 12 from his pocket and fled away on his M/cycle. The complainant could not noted the M/Cycle number properly.
During investigation, a team was constituted by SHO PS-19 tonabtheculprit. The team has got success by arresting the accused Navneet Kumarage 45 yrs S/o Sh. Raj Kumar R/o H. No. 188 Sheetal Nagar, Behlolpur Distt. Mohali PB. The snatched Mobile phone and the M/Cycle No. PB-65 AV-0955 which was used to commit crime have been recovered fromhis possession. Furtherinvestigation is going on.
