CHANDIGARH POLICE BOOK IMMIGRAATION COMPANY ON DUPING ON PRETEXT TO SENDING ABROAD

Police reported to have booked a company , runs in the name ofI-Abroad Education & Immigration SCO No. 44 2nd, Floor Sector-42, Chandigarh, duping lacs of rupees from innocents on pretect of sending abroad.

In this reard case FIR No. 120, U/S 406, 420 IPC & 24 Immigration Act has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh on the complaint of Harinder Pal Singh R/o Lohgarh Road Dharamkot Distt. Moga (Pb), against Lovish Mahajan & his wife, Vivek Saini and Gogi Mehra etc. of I-Abroad Education & Immigration SCO No. 44 2nd, Floor Sector-42, Chandigarh, they committed cheating and fraud of around Rs. 5 lacs with complainant. Investigation of the case is in progress.

In another case of cheating, case FIR No. 121, U/S 406, 420 IPC & 24 Immigration Act has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh on the complaint of Dilraj Singh R/o Village Dabrikhana Tehsil Jaito Faridkot (Pb) against Lovish Mahajan& his wife, Vivek Saini, Gogi Mehra etc of I-Aroad Education & Immigration SCO No. 44, 2nd Floor, Sector-42, Chandigarh, they committed cheating and fraud of around Rs. 09 lacks with complainant on pretext to arrange visa of his daughter for Canada. Investigation of the case is in progress.
