In a major breakthrough, PO & Summon staff of Chandigarh Police under the directions of SSP, U.T., Chandigarh and SP City in the supervision of Sh. Davinder Sharma, Dy. SP DCC and team headed by Hari Om Sharma, Inspector/Incharge PO & Summon staff is able to arrest three absconder proclaimed offenders including one heinous crime PO.
With the help of collection of information from different sources (technical & human) and a day/night search. The following mentioned proclaimed offenders have been arrested with secret information of informer and all the sincere efforts made by ASI Ravi Kumar 534/CP, ASI Ashok Kumar 2812/CP, HC Ashok Kumar 1179/CP, Sr.C. Hardeep Singh 2506/CP, Sr.C. Rakesh Kumar 1308/CP, C. Amit Antil 4863/CP, C. Harish kumar 4208/CP, Umesh Kumar 3850/CP, C. Naveen Kumar 4750/CP and Vol Jang Singh 415/CHG. The Master Technical & Monitoring Cell of Chandigarh Police provided continuous assistance to locate the accused and helped the police officials of PO & Summon Staff to apprehend them.(SUBHEAD)
The state case proclaimed offender namely Shoaib @ Shoheb Khan S/o Salim Khan R/o # 219-B, Small Flats, Dhanas, Chandigarh, has been arrested from EWS Dhans, Chandigarh, in case FIR No. 453 dated 30.11.2018, U/s 323, 34, 506 added 326, 307 IPC ,PS- 39, Chandigarh.
The case was registered on the complaint of Mohd. Salim who stated that he was running the chicken shed back side Kali Mata Mandir, Sector- 56, Chandigarh, on 29.11.2018 at about 5 PM a person who was standing near his shed was attacked by three unknown boys with bricks and wounded badly. The injured was lifted to Hospital by PCR vehicle. Later the case was registered against accused. The accused was declared PO by the Hon'ble court of Sh. Rajiv K. Beri, ASJ, UT, Chandigarh vide order dated 18.01.2022. The accused PO produced before the Hon’ble Court.
State case proclaimed offender namely Surinder Singh S/o Khushal Singh R/o Near Bus Stand, Jalalabad, PS Jalalabad, District Firozepur now Distt. Fazilka, Punjab has arrested in case FIR No. 171 dated 06.06.2005, U/s 379, 411 IPC and FIR No. 141 dated 11.05.2005, U/s 379, 411, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, PS-11, Chandigarh. The accused was declared PO by the Hon’ble Court of Sh. Manpreet Singh, JMIC, Chandigarh vide order dated 11.07.2012 and court of Sh. S.K. Sharma, JMIC, Chandigarh vide order dated 09.02.2012, respectively. The accused PO produced before the Hon’ble Court of Sh. Bharat, JMIC, Chandigarh and sent to judicial custody.
Another state case proclaimed offender namely Triloki S/o Rajinder R/o Ahiraura Jahgirwa, Gonda Colondganj, Uttar Pardesh, has been arrested from Market Sector -36, Chandigarh, in case FIR No. 238 dated 20.12.2020, U/s 68 (1) B, 510 IPC ,PS-36 , Chandigarh.
The case was registered on the complaint of C. Jitender Kumar 2421/CP who reported that accused was creating nuisance in drunk condition at public place i.e. back side SCO No. 22, Market Sector 36, Chandigarh. Later the case was registered against accused. The accused was declared PO by the Hon'ble court of Sh. Jaspreet Singh, Minhas, UT, Chandigarh vide order dated 03.10.2022. The accused PO produced before the Hon’ble Court.
