A case FIR No. 57, U/S 420, 120-B IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh on the complaint of Sahir Singh Virk R/o # 47, Sector-27, Chandigarh against paternal Aunt (Bua) and her husband Gurpreet Singh Walia R/o # 47, Sec-27, Chandigarh.
The complainant alleged that the both alleged persons have cheated him by using fake documents using registry of his house. Investigation of the case is in progress.
