UT Police reportedly crack down on illegal immigration company running without valid licenses, cheating to innocents..
Police spokesman said, a case FIR No. 49, U/S 188 IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh against the owner of GS Oakridge Visa Service SCO no. 62-63, Top Floor Sec-17A, Chandigarh who was running Immigration company without license/permit and violated the orders of District Magistrate, UT, Chandigarh.
A case FIR No. 50, U/S 188 IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh against the owner of Carrier Venture Education Consultancy, SCO no. 62-63, 1st Floor Sec-17A, Chandigarh who was running Immigration company without license/permit and violated the orders of District Magistrate, UT, Chandigarh. .
A case FIR No. 51, U/S 188 IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh against the owner of White Hill Overseas Immigration, SCO no. 62-63, 3rd Floor Sec-17A, Chandigarh who was running Immigration company without license/permit.
A case FIR No. 52, U/S 188 IPC has been registered in PS-17, Chandigarh against Mangal Singh R/o Flat No. 401, Tower No. 6, Hero Homes Sector-88, Mohali owner of Chicago Immigration Company at cabin No. 202, SCO No. 1097-1097, Sector-22B Chandigarh, Deepak Chauhan R/o # 54B, Moti City Ambala Road Zirakpur (Pb) owner of red Star Immigration Company at Cabin NO. 205, SCO NO. 1066-1067, Sector-22B and Hukam Chand Garg R/o # 1131, Sector-34B, Chandigarh owner of Madhya Global Avenue Immigration Company at SCO NO. 2429-30, Sector-22, Chandigarh, they all were running Immigration company without license/permit and violated the orders of District Magistrate, UT, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Two persons were arrested and later on bailed out. Investigation of the case is in progress.
