CHANDIGARHIAN ATTEMPT TO GRAB PROPERTY WORTH CRORES OF RUPEES ON FORGED DOCUMENTS, BOOKED

Sector 11 Police Station reported to have booked one Narender Kapoor R/o # 2848, Sector-22C, Chandigarh misrepresented himself as attorney holder of entire 15 kannal land at Khuda Ali Sher owned by complainant’s husband and further sold the same without any authority of husband of complainant.  

A case FIR No. 67, U/S 406, 420 IPC has been registered in PS-11, Chandigarh on the complaint of a lady resident of Chandigarh who alleged that Narender Kapoor R/o # 2848, Sector-22C, Chandigarh misrepresented himself as attorney holder of entire 15 kannal land at Khuda Ali Sher owned by complainant’s husband and further sold the same without any authority of husband of complainant.

No arrest has been so far. The Investigation of the case is in progress.
