DC DR. DUGGAL, MLA MUSAFIR INAUGURATE WHEAT PURCHASE

Deputy Commissioner Dr. Senu Duggal, Balluana MLA Amandeep Singh Goldy Musafir inauguratedpurchase of wheat in the new grain market here and distributed sweets, also congratulated the farmersfor the season.

(MOREPIC1)  Dr. Duggal said that officers and staff have been deputed and nodal officers posted for smooth procurement of wheat in markets. Availability of tarpaulins as per requirement besides seating for farmers, laborers etc. along with drinking water, toilets, shade and other basic needs have also been ensured. She directed the officials that farmers should not face any kind of problem during the purchase and sale of crops. District administration Fazilka had completed all the arrangements in the markets

MLA Musafir assured the farmers that the govt is committed to picking each grain of the crops. The payment of the crop purchased by the govt. will be done without delay. Farmers should bring only dried wheat to the markets so that the same is purchased immediately and payment can also be made simultaneously.
