‘Air Display 2023’ was conducted at Air Force Station Suratgarh. The event comprising displays by Surya Kiran Aerobatics Team, Akash Ganga Sky Diving Team, Air Warrior Drill Team and Air Force Band were aimed to create awareness about IAF and motivate the youth to join the armed forces.
The spectacular air show by the Surya Kiran Aerobatic Team, displaying remarkable coordination, precision and courage, infused tremendous thrill among the audience. The Akash Ganga Team carried out sky diving wherein they jumped from a height of 12000 feet with Indian national flag and IAF flag. They formed several formations in the air and landed with precision in front of the audience.
(SUBHEAD)The demonstration by the Air Warrior Drill Team was a hallmark of precision, discipline and accuracy. The patriotic songs and martial tunes played by the Air Force Band brought out the feeling of patriotism and nationalist fervour in the audience. The static display of aircrafts and indigenously made weapon systems aptly demonstrated the might of the IAF.
The station received an overwhelming response from students of various schools and colleges in the vicinity of Suratgarh. The event was also witnessed by civil population, India Army and the IAF personnel along with their families with great zeal and enthusiasm.
