To launch an awareness campaign of the School Education department to increase enrolment in govt schools, Fazilka Deputy Commissioner Dr. Senu Duggal today flagged off the Chetna Rally.
The DC said that govt schools have got highly qualified teachers and excellent infrastructure to provide education to students. People will be informed about the facilities provided to children in govt schools during this campaign. She said that people's attitude towards govt schools has changed and now they are taking interest in enrolling their children in govt schools again. For the admission of students, along with the nearby school, registration can now also be done on the online portal.(SUBHEAD)
MLA Narinder Pal Singh Sawna said that the AAP led govt was doing its best to provide excellent education in the govt schools by allocating adequate funds.
District Education Officer Sukhbir Singh Bal said that during the campaign, the teachers will contact and give information to the people about admission in govt schools.
