On the occasion of the 70th birthday of Dr. Vimal Kumar Modi, Director of World Class Arogya Mandir of Naturopathy, a Bhandara or Community Kitchen was organized here under the aegis of Shri Shyam Karuna Foundation. The Bhandara was served to hundreds of underprivileged people on this special occasion.

Speaking on the occasion, Amitabh Rungta, Chief Sevadar of Shri Shyam Karuna Foundation, said that despite huge contribution of Arogya Mandir, Gorakhpur in public welfare, its founder Dr. Vimal Kumar Modi has not yet received his due recognition from the government.
