MLA Sandeep Jakhar and Mayor Vimal Thatai, after hoisting the tri-color on the Republic Day in the Municipal Corporation premises, urged the residents of the area to cooperate fully in the cleanliness survey this time to enhance the aura of the city.
A cultural program was also organized on this occasion in which the students of local schools enthralled the presence by presenting songs and dances full of patriotism. Both the leaders also garlanded the statue of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar.
They said that as responsible citizens of the country, we should follow our moral duties towards the constitution with a good policy. The biggest challenge before us is to save society from the evil of drugs. They honored the students for cultural presentations.
