1010 GRAMS FINE QUALITY HEROIN WORTH CRORES RUPEES IN INTERNATIONAL MARKET RECOVERED.

The team of WR-I, Crime Branch has arrested a Nigerian national named Pascal Ezeigbo @ Prince, who was engaged in supplying drugs in Delhi/NCR. He had come to Anand Vihar, Near Khera Park, Uttam Nagar, Delhi for supplying heroin. A total of 1.01 Kg fine quality heroin (worth crores rupees in international market) has been recovered from his possession.
The team of WR-I, Crime Branch has received secret information that some foreigners are engaged in supplying narcotics drugs in the garb of other business. A secret information was received by ACP/WR-I Sh. Raj Kumar that one Nigerian national drugs supplier named Pascal Ezeigbo @ Prince R/o Village Uba Umuaka, Imo state, Nigeria would come near Khera Park, Anand Vihar, Uttam Nagar, Delhi for supplying drugs.
A raiding team comprising of ASI Suresh, ASI Randhir, ASI Sanjay, ASI Krishan, ASI Joginder, W/ASI Narender Dogra, ASI Anil, HC Rohitash, HC Ramniwas, HC Mahipal & Ct. Mehtab led by Inspr. Abhijit & Inspr. Satish, and close supervision of Sh. Raj Kumar, ACP/WR-1 was constituted by Sh. S.D. Mishra, Jt.CP/Crime.
Mr. Ravindra Singh Yadav, IPS, Special Commissioner of Police, Crime, said, the team laid a trap and apprehended one person of Nigerian origin carrying a polythene bag was spotted near Khera Park, Anand Vihar Road, Uttam Nagar, Delhi, whose name was revealed as Pascal Ezeigbo @ Prince, 56 years R/o Village Uba Umuaka, Imo state, Nigeria.
On testing the material carried by the accused Pascal Ezeigbo @ Prince, the same was found Heroin. Weight of the recovered material was found to be 1.01 Kg.
Accordingly, a case under NDPS Act has been registered at PS Crime Branch, Delhi. During interrogation, it is revealed that accused Pascal Ezeigbo @ Prince came to India from Nigeria on a 03 months Visa in 2009 and after expiry of Visa, he continued to stay here illegally.
